Update on my crazy eczema.
Currently, my eczema is slightly under control. However, there is a dog in the house that is making me kinda itchy. I am using Vanicream, Jojoba oil, Cetaphil lotion, Cetaphil soap etc!!
I have little bumps on my forearms that are super itchy. I REALLY do not know where this came from because I have NEVER had a breakout on my arms?!? I mean the creases of my arms but definitely not my forearms? I am thinking maybe it is the Vanicream. The Vanicream is working wonders on my neck and face. Maybe it not for the body?? Will try and just use it for the face and neck and see if my eczema on my arms go away. Lets hope so!!
I currently made another twitter…twitter.com/eczema_lyss YEA ridiculous that my name is ECZEMA_LYSS on twitter but I am just trying to make a point. And it kinda goes with my name? 
Anyway I am also taking multivitamins and purified fish oil pills. We’ll see how that goes. Changed my laundry detergent to all natural and changed my toothpaste to TOMS. Also using natural shampoos and conditioners.
These bumps on my arms are worrying me? Why must one part of my body be under control and then another part of my body go ballistic?? Is it the steroids?? Is it the lotions??
I am also currently running every other day after work. Trying to see how that changes my body. I like feeling exhausted so I fall asleep easier. Makes me scratch less..

Love the skin your in
I’ve known that beauty comes from within since I was little, but it’s so hard to realize that when you have SKIN problems!! I have eczema, I have been battling eczema since I was a little girl and here I am trying to bring people together to realize that we can get through this.
You are YOUR OWN WORSE CRITIC. Stop looking into the magnifying mirrors, stop picking at your skin, stop worrying that someone is going to think it’s gross…. In reality, no one really cares but YOU and your dermatologist. The people who surround you with LOVE and SUPPORT everyday see PAST your skin problems.
Now we just have to do the same…
Here I will be writing about my daily life, my complaints, my worries, my products…my issues…and I hope this blog will get YOU writing too.
Lets get together and figure out eczema. Lets combine our knowledge together so we can fight this thing…!

Have you been exposed to household cleaning products? I get bumps on my hands and forearms when I used certain cleaning prodcuts. I also get those bumps when I use cetaphil lotion, not the cream, just the lotion. It’s weird
Priya- I use the Desert jojoba oil ….and Nina…you know my work did have construction going on, so I might had been exposed to some bad chemical?!? EEK!
